ITINERARY
Day 1 · Arrival & Welcome
Transfer from the airport to our hotel in Ubud, the spiritual heart of Bali. Time to settle in, rest, and recover from the journey. Lunch or dinner available depending on arrival time (included).
Day 2 · Opening Ceremony – Melukat
We begin the day with a group brunch and a welcome gathering where we share logistics and set our intentions for the journey. At sunset, we will experience a traditional Melukat ceremony, guided by a local priest and master, together our local teacher. This purification ritual marks our arrival on the island and opens our circle. We close the day with a traditional Balinese dinner (included).
Day 3 · Offerings & Sound
The day begins with a yoga class and breakfast. In the morning, we join a canang sari offering workshop to learn about the meaning, preparation, and spiritual symbolism of Balinese offerings. In the afternoon, we enjoy a sound healing session at the Pyramids of Chi — a unique space of healing through vibration. Return to Ubud in the late afternoon.
Day 4 · Water Ritual
Morning yoga class and breakfast. We set our intention for the day with the sacred water purification ritual, surrounded by nature and healing — one of the deepest traditions in Balinese spirituality, guided by a local master. Following this ceremony, we visit Gunung Kawi Temple to integrate and meditate on the experience. Return to Ubud with free time in the late afternoon.
Day 5 · Flavors & Stillness
We begin with yoga followed by breakfast, getting ready for a traditional Balinese cooking class — learning about the ingredients, spices, and rituals that accompany the preparation of each dish, hosted in a traditional local home. We share lunch together enjoying the delicious preparations. Meditation and breathwork space in the afternoon.
Day 6 · Temples & Northern Nature
After yoga and breakfast, we travel to the north of the island to visit Ulun Danu, a temple set on a lake, followed by the iconic rice terraces, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. We relax at pristine waterfalls and end the day savoring local cacao. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.
Day 7 · Sea & Beach Day
We start the day with a yoga practice and meditation, then after breakfast we head to a beach day on Bali's coast — enjoying time in the sea, walking, sharing, and taking in the paradisiacal shores. Lunch included. Return to Ubud in the late afternoon.
Day 8 · Spiritual Ubud
Breakfast and yoga practice at a local Ubud studio. We visit the Monkey Forest and explore the center of Ubud — its shops, cafés, and temples. In the evening, we participate in a traditional Kirtan — an experience of connection and heart opening.
Day 9 · Healing & Rest
Morning yoga practice and breakfast. We visit a Balinese Healer for an aura reading and energetic healing ritual, with space to share and ask questions. In the afternoon, a guided breathwork practice.
Day 10 · Closing Ceremony & Tea Circle
Yoga practice and breakfast. In the afternoon, a tea ceremony and closing circle — a space to give thanks, share, and honor the journey we have walked together. Group farewell dinner included at a restaurant with views over Ubud.
Day 11 · Farewell
Final meditation session and breakfast. Check-out and transfer to the airport according to flight schedules.
